Friendship essay

                                                     ESSAY
  FRIENDSHIP
MAn is social animal. he cannot live alone. men of similar dispositions are naturally attracted towards each other. in course of time, intimacy grows between them. they begin to trust each other. this is called friendship.
friendship, generally, grows between persons of the same age and disposition. they have similar passions emotions and sentiments. this is why, generally, people of the same age turn into friends.
friendship is both good and necessary. a man cannot pass his days all alone. in the company of friends, people pass their days cheerfull. they do not feel the rigours of life. in distress, friends help one another, in happy days, they share the joys of one another. thus, a friends is the sharer of both joys and woes.
real friendship is rare. many people gather round men of power and pelf to serve their own selfish ends under the garb of friendship. they leave their friends when their power and pelf are gone. such selfish friends are many in this world. people should be cautious of such friends. a real friend is he who helps his friend in need. he stands by him in the days of his adversity."a friends in need is a friend indeed."this is why it has been said that"fortune brings friends but adversity tries them."
people should be very cautions about selecting friends. they should cultivate friendship with men of character, so that there may not be a splip when friendship has sufficiently advanced. it is very bitter and painful to cut off connections later, on account of bad blood beetween friends. true friendship lasts till death and does not fluctuate from time to time.
true friendship is a solace and a boon. those men are fortunate indeed who have got really true and sincere friends.
